Authors note: this is my first fanfiction and i do this mostley because I need to praktice my spelling... Anyway, I would love to get your thughts about this story and please tell me if there is something I need to inprove!

Prologue

Hello, My name is Ando Hinata and I'm 16 years-old. I'm 165cm tall and have shoulder length black curly hair and blue eyes, I'm half Japanese and half American since my mom is Japanese and my dad is American, but he died in a traffic accident five years ago. I am what people call a child prodigy, since I from an early age could draw/paint amazing pictures.

My mom and I lived in America up until two weeks ago when I got a letter that said that I had gotten an art scholarship to Ouran high school academy in Japan. Tomorrow will be my first day at school, I'm pretty nervous. Fortunately my best friend since childhood is going at that school. You might wonder how I can have a childhood friend in Japan when we lived in America, it's that I is born in Japan. Haruhi's and my mom were best friends, until Haruhi's mom past away. We were five at that time, we promised that we should keep in touch forever no matter what. And that's what we have done the last ten years, updating each other about our life almost every day. But there is one thing I haven't mention to her, and that is us moving to Japan.

Chapter 1

I was sleeping peacefully in my bed when some one start shaking me lightly.

''Hinata'' I can hear my mom's soft voice calling me.

''Hinata darling, it's time to wake up'' I groan and slowly open my eyes and see my mom standing beside my bed with a soft smile on her face.

''Breakfast is ready in half an hour'' she walks out of my room. I slowly sit up and throw my legs over the edge of my bed.

*I hate waking up in the morning* I think to myself as I stand up and walk to my wardrobe to pick out my clothes for today. I smile at the thought of starting school today, and that we could not afford that ugly girl school uniform. I walk out of my room and went straight to the bathroom to take a shower.

After ten minutes I stepped out of the shower and started to blow dry my hair. I put on my underwear, a dark green oversized t-shirt that says LOVE IS WAR with black letters , a black zippered sweater and pair of jeans. I did my hair up in a messy bun and put a spare paintbrush in it. I don't even bother putting on makeup. I look at my self in the full-length mirror.

*I really look like a cute boy * I sigh and walk out of the bathroom and back to my room to grab my school bag and my art bag (where I have some paint, paper, pens and some other stuff I need for drawing and painting) I walk to the dining room and is greeted by the smell of pancakes.

''Something smells wonderful '' I sat down at the table and my mom came with a plate full of pancakes.

10 minutes later I'm standing at the door ready to attend my first day at my new school.

My mom comes and gives me my bento.

''Have a nice day sweetheart. And try to make lots of new friends, okay?'' She pulls me into a hug.

''I will mom.'' I brake myself loose from her embrace and give her a light kiss on the cheek. I walk out the door and of I go to my new school.
