Jamie walked around the yard; it seemed so empty with out her. His first love, the only person that he felt he had a connection with. It seemed like yesterday that she was sitting next to him, stealing bits of turkey off his sandwich and joking around with him. He put his fingers to his lips; he could still feel her warm kisses, her tongue running along his bottom lip, as they snuck a few kisses in between class.

she would not put that gun in her mouth and pull the trigger. Why had
she done it? He couldn't believe it, he felt dead inside, he
continued to walk around the yard, looking at all the happy couples.

Jamie smiles when Roberto ran up to him, hugging his best friend and acting as if every thing in the world was ok. He joked and mucked around, laughing and smiling. Yet inside his heart was a cold black lump, he was nothing with out Rahne, now he was just living a lie.

The danger room session finishes and students run out off the gates and down the street. Alone Jamie walks towards the cemetery, he stops at a woman's house and picks some roses, to lie on Rahne's grave. He enters the cemetery and walks up to the fresh grave. His darling Rahne's grave. He falls to his knees, and starts to cry, as he laid the roses on her grave. Only one word leaves his mouth, and that is why?
