The morning after the graduation exams at The Konoha Academy a very important meeting was taking place between The Sandaime Hokage and The Academy Chunin Instructor. The night before a rogue instructor had tried to get a student to steal an important scroll from the secret vault inside The Hokage's Office. The rogue instructor had also stated that he had been paid to make sure certain tests were replaced so that certain individuals were sure to be passed and others failed. It was lucky for the rogue instructor to be comatose in the hospital, for he did not reveal which tests he switched. This is what lead to the meeting going on right now. After a lengthly meeting it was decided that the genin team placements would take place the second Monday from then, so that all the records can be checked for tampering a new teams made. All academy graduates would be notified of the new team selection day.
Later that morning The Hokage takes his surrogate grandson shopping as a present for graduating from The Academy. He takes him to the best shinobi store in their entire village called, "Inside a Shinobi's Scroll". Inside the store the boy got a couple new sets of kunai and shuriken (10 a piece), a set of explosion and shock tags (10 a piece), a roll of ninja wire (100 ft.), a box of smoke bombs (6 a box), a first aid pouch, a box of ration bars ( 25 a box), and clothes for training and missions (10 different outfits). Once everything is paid for, the stored stored it all into a storage scroll. After seeing this the boy asks his grandfather if he could learn how to do that. He gets told that he will give him a book to study for that. Thus starts a legend of "The Seal Sage".
