AN: This is a Jack centric fic B3… No Mary sues… No OCs that play important parts… so don't worry. Any feedback of Harvard school dormitories would be grateful, and actually… I hope I did the map right O.O so hard… Which dormitors are for the 2nd years and futher?
PS: I suck a math ;.; and only in high school… so if I say something mathematical don't believe it because IT'S PROBABLY WRONG! xO don't flame me for it
And also I'm actually trying to test my realism on descriptions on present time without changing scene… which for me is really hard o-o
The titles are most likely going to be Song Titles…
Chapter 01: The Art of Losing
In the early misty morning, in a dormitory room with red colored walls and white colored side corners, a red hair boy was sleeping in his bed with white sheets covering the white, pale skin, teenage boy as he open his eyelids to show his white, tinted grey eyes. As he got up, his hand immediately hit the digital alarm clock stopping the alarm that was ringing. Across his bed stood his study desk which was full of papers and colored books.
The room gave a comfortable vibe, as the red, somewhat spiky hair boy got dressed; putting on a white long sleeve with an Y-collar, then started to move to the drawer and got a black long sleeve shirt and put it over on his white long sleeve shirt as he put the Y-collar to show and finishing off putting black pants and a metal button, black leather belt.
Looking bored the boy moved around towards his study desk and started to put his books and papers into his black backpack that sat on the wooden chair. The clock that sat on his bedside table stated the time was 5:45am. Finishing packing his stuff, the boy started to open his room door and went in the kitchen to grab an instant coffee and put it in the coffee machine that sat on the counter beside the refrigerator. As he started to coffee, a door open showing a nearly-grown boy with brown shaggy hair and half open brown eyes as he limped tired towards the kitchen table and sat down suddenly hitting the table and he mumbled "Is it ready yet, Jack?"
Jack was unfazed by the brown hair boy as he turned towards the older boy whom wore a plain white T-shirt and brown light pants, which was most likely his pajama before he turned back to the coffee before lifting his head to see the mugs in the white colored wooded window cabinet and open it to take the mugs and putting them down and exactly when the mugs touch the counter floor the coffee machine beeped.
Taking the coffee pot out, Jack poured the coffee in the two big mugs before putting back into the coffee maker. With coffee in his hands, Jack walked slowly towards the small squared table with his brown haired friend. "Co-…Coffee! Yeaaahhh--" Said The brown hair boy in a tired and unemotional voice as he slowly used his hand to grab the mug while slowly lifting his upper boy to drink it. Jack sipped his coffee calmly and quietly.
Finally fully awake now, The brown hair boy turned to Jack and commented "Why do we have to wake up so early? Class only starts at 8:35am anyway!" Jack closed his eyes somewhat annoyed and said "We were going to go to the library this morning, don't you remember, Carlo?" Carlo looked the other and seemingly unsatisfied as he turned back towards Jack and said "OK… if you say so, but when the Library open again?" Jack only put his head on his hand and shook his hand while sighing.
It had been two years since Jack Spicer last ever heard of magic or Shen Gong Wu, as he finally left his "evil-doings" in the bag. It was two month after the Dragon of Wind Raimundo became the Team Leader of the Shaolin Dragon Monks. The extraordinary life of Jack Spicer "Boy-Evil-Genius" now was simply the "Jack Spicer; The Boy Prodigy"… Still keeping his title of genius not only self-claimed but everybody could agree he had talent.
Jack had finally started to go to Harvard after the summer and since then has been known to do much more than he was ever given credit for.
Jack walked the Harvard Square beside Carlo whom was a feet and a half taller than Jack. Carlo was fully dressed in his normal red T-shirt, blue leather jacket with four chest pockets and black jeans. Walking to a community bookstore, which was known to open early, Jack let himself in as Carlo followed silently and normally. Jack got two books while a black colored woman with braids watched them silently as her eyes tracked Jack as he went towards her telling her "Here." The woman looked at the books and scanned the barcodes and said while hitting the tabs of the cash register "That will be 95.67 please…." Going through his pocket, Jack open his wallet and put down a hundred while the woman took it and gave the changed back.
Putting back his wallet and walking out with his two new bought books, they walked the cold and misty streets of Cambridge, going towards the sunken parts of the Harvard Square. Behind Jack smiled Carlo as they started to move in "The Pits" where only a very few stood, which was a mixture of Punks and Goths. As They watched their friends do some tricks on the skateboard, some people looked at Jack, somewhat in disapproval.
It was a typical early morning day… the sun was yet to rise and people already were at or starting to go to work. Finally arriving between The Pits and The Garage, there was a small shabby shop, that had a close sign on it's window but no gates around it as Jack and Carlo walked to the door and Jack began to knock it at lest three times before a mall paused and finish with a quick two. Carlo blinked at his friend a little since he had never gone here before and looked at the shabby shop that seemed more like an old house made of tin metal and sticks… Shrugging the decoration off Carlo waited.
An old man voice could be heard saying "Who is it? The damn Nazi?" Jack seemingly tempted to roll his eyes said boredly "Yeah! Now let us the fuck in old man!" Carlo looked at Jack in surprised but kept his thoughts to himself as the door open to show an elderly man, with white hair around his head but none on top, his lips were somewhat withdrawn and his puny black dotted eyes looked at the albino boy with determination before he smiled saying "OWI! Isn't it my Jackie boy? You don't come here very often do you?" He gave the albino boy a hug only to be pushed away.
"Grandpa… Stop doing THAT! Hesh! I can't get any respect, can I?" Complained Jack as he pushed the man away and went inside without permission, Carlo just stood there and suddenly the old man walked inside, following his 'Grandson' and closed the door behind him, leaving out Carlo. "GRANDPA! HE'S WITH ME!" Screamed Jack as he open the door and said "Forgive the old-timer… common get in!" The young twenty year old man smiled sheepishly and said "I don't mind… He's old"
Jack this time actually rolled his eyes in annoyance as he walked inside the shop. Carlo looked inside as the indoors of the house/shop was just as small, with only one foot away from the cash register and only one foot and a half away from the wall on his right… The shop was filled with Chinese drawings and scrolls, Statues of phoenix and snake like dragons were everywhere on the selves… but in the middle of the shop was a comfy(old) golden and rose color chair and a golden-color couch, under a large circle striped red and golden color mat.
The old man stood beside and outside the cash register as he watched (or seemingly) happily his Jackie, looking through his selves and finally unhappy with finding nothing Jack came walking back to the old man unsatisfied and said in a commanding tone "Where's the scroll of "The Other World"? Old man…"
The Old man didn't seemed fazed as he stood there quietly and Jack sighed as he put his hand on his face that slid down in frustration and walked away saying to Carlo as he open the door "We'll come back later. Let's go to the library."
Carlo turned to him incredibly and said "Ok! I understand we woke up early to study but why we come here! And what about him?" Carlo finished with his hands pointing out to the old man and Jack said causally "He's asleep… he won't wake up in till this afternoon. Let's go."
Raising an eyebrow at Jack, Carlo shook his head and followed. Only by a little but ever so slightly the darkness was becoming lighter, which would soon make it into the natural morning. They continued to walk back towards busier parts of Harvard Square. "Wanna get some coffee?" Carlo asked as they passed his favorite Coffee shop .
Jack turned to Carlo with a raised eyebrow and said "You already had coffee… Why do you drink it so much?" Carlo only glared in irritation to restrain himself from strangling the prodigy child and said "For starters… There's a hello a lot of time to do studying and our classes don't start, like- Seven forty-five?! Common! Jessica not even awake now!" Jack sighed and gave in as he walked towards the coffee shop.
They entered the coffee shop going by the name "Mally's Coffee". The Coffee shop wasn't full but it had enough people, despite being a 3rd rated coffee shop, respecting the others that were widely known. The walls were a normal white, while a wood-line dived the lower walls, which were colored green, the tables were of a pure white marble or at lest seemingly, the couches beside the walls were a maple wood with brown leather cushions as were the chairs in the middle.
Jack walked towards the table on the right beside the window and began to read his book while his friend began to go to the counter to order two large espressos. As the hour past Jack read and Carlo only happy to drink his espresso As he looked outside the window. It was going to be another normal day….
Finally at 6:30am Jack and Carlo began to walk back to Harvard, with Carlo always in the follow. They entered the entrance of Harvard and began to walk back towards their dorm since the time had became short both needed to get to their respectful classes.

"In the dust of tomorrow, The twilight seizes the skies and supposedly bequest the day with a shadow that, I, nor anyone could ever hope bestow on here, to fair and lost world among us. The eclipse is the ground of neither tomorrow or the days gone by, without thought, I, stated it 'Today' knowing only that this moment, isn't really a moment at all but a birth… …
The world I once knew is gone…Our lives were changed as our 'moment' was that of a second. A black rose is born for our sins, said the mother who gave up before even trying, in her fields of flower lilies, in ever million lily patches raised five black roses, what will become of us? As I wondered forth into the horizon, tomorrow no longer existed here…"
"Depressing, enough?" Sated Dojo as he stopped reading. "Continue Dojo!" Kimiko and Raimundo said. "Alright! Alright…. I still don't get why we need to read it." Said Dojo as he put back his glasses on.
"The mortals called the divined Winged People… 'Angels'…But this Winged People are not made by a god or an immortal but the earth's spirit itself, seeking vengaces of the pure blood, they fly the skies… The blue is covered in shadow that of their bodies, who knew, that this was the day of the Rebirth.
She forsaken us but she has not stopped us… those lines are very thin though …"
"Urgh… It's impossible to read…" Dojo stated as he tried his hardest to read the ancient scroll. Master Fung stood there calmly and said "Well… The story has only just begun." The monks that were kneeing beside Dojo finally got up with a questioning look and finally Raimundo said "What was this all about?"
Master Fung took and deep and silent breath while looking up before turning to his Students and said "It is a story… that which will tell of the future…" Everybody look at Master Fung in surprised, and Raimundo with a quizzed look finally said "How the heck is that suppose to be true? This got to be a thousand or more years old!! And anyway how can something of the past tell of the future?"
Master Fung stood there calmly and stated "Because… Simply because as my old master told me 'If one were to look at the mistakes a man makes in the past and what he does in the future, there is no perfection without error, but sadly… A man can learn from his mistakes if he looked from before… but only few men are willing to look back to predict the future'. Now tell me young monks, in this world widely vasted by people how many have learned from their generation before them? Or better yet… how many could?"
Everybody looked uncertain as they couldn't find an answer. Master Fung paused to take a small breath then continued "Young Monks… This may not happen now, I don't even know if the Dragon of Light and Darkness have been born in this time, but you must be ready for anything."
"But Master Fung… If you do not know, why was it so urgent for us to read it? What will the scrolls tell? I do not simply understand, Master Fung!" Omi said as he walked closer to his Teacher. Master Fung closed his eyes and said evenly "A friend of mine thinks it may be time… But I'm not so sure as her…. The scrolls take great time to translate and it's greater meaning is being lost because of time itself… The story has a double meaning, which only a few know of which sadly I do not even know… The Scroll of the "World of Space" have more than this but their titles are unknown to me…"
Raimundo sighed as he sat down crossed-feet and said "Well.. there nothing to worry about right? Nothings happen…" Clay crossed his arms and said "I'm not so sur' ther' partner… It seems pretty serious." Kimiko only head her chin on her and mumbled to herself "So… if it's that way- Wait Master Fung! How many Titles are there of the Ancient Scrolls?!" Master Fung looked grimily at Kimiko before declaring "As Far as rumor and fact goes… Around 5… but it cannot be sure.."
After a moment of silence Raimundo shrugged and said "Common guys! Let's get back to training!" Clay and Kimiko groaned as they helplessly followed Raimundo, while Omi turned to Raimundo and followed.
Once they were far enough, Dojo slithered onto Master Fung and said "So… I'm guessing they don't know the whole story." Only looking at his students in somber silence, Master Fung responded "It's not their time to know… I don't even believe that-… That the day has yet come." Dojo uncharacteristically was quiet before responding seriously "I know… that this may not sound as possible as it does for me, but… You cannot deny the possibility that the day has come! And as a Dragon; my mother always told me, if there was ever a hint that this day would come, I should never hesitated to stop it."
Sighing and rubbing his temple Master Fung said "At those times… The Dragons were more knowledgeable, but, not to offend you, but you're not like your ancestries… and so… for now, I believe the day has yet to come."
Shaking his head Dojo sighed "Well… Don't say I didn't tell you, because I did!" He said as he slithered away.
"Ignorance… shall be the downfall of man" Master Fung said as he sighed and walked away.

Finishing class Carlo and Jack walked together in the Lower parts of Harvard Yard where beside a tree on the yard was a long blond hair, young aged women. Her green eyes turned to Carlo and expectedly she jumped on Carlo and gave him a hug "Honey! How are you?! AH! Why are you always with him?!" AS 'expectedly' commented badly on Jack, as he choose to ignore like always.
The winds started to lift up as it breezed against them.
Carlo scratch his head and said to his lover while holding her in his arms "He's my friend and my roommate love… common, we have to go! See you Jack!" He said as he walked away as Jack wave goodbye.
Jack walked to his dormitory, walking up stairs to the third floor and use his key to get inside. Jack began to wonder what was so important now and days… Everything change, yet instead of fighting the good and the evil, he was stuck living normal day life, that never changed and period.
Laying on his bed, Jack looked at the ceiling and speculate of the last two years…
Jack sighed…. He hated losing… but being bored wasn't any better either.

In a dark cavern lair, with the lights only provided by the torches with the cavern a voice said "So… the day had finally come, has it?" The voice was slick but mature and masculine, the one that held that voice was Chase Young as he sat on his throne and wondered what was happening. The red hair witch, walking in a cat-like way towards Chase said "The prophecy of 'The Worlds'? Or better yet… the Dragons of Light and Darkness?"
"Yes—The day has come, hasn't it? But it can only happen if some-one awaken the two Dragons" Chase continued as he finally got up and walked to the front of the Cavern looking crossed the foggy landscape. Wuya flickered her towards Chase and commented "So… we cannot use them for our own good?"
Responding Chase said "The Dragons of Light and Darkness are not that of what the majority believes them to be… The hold only balance and have no hesitation to destroy this world, if they find it too destroyed. But I know… that we have a new enemy Wuya and if the time comes… we may have to work once again with Shoalin monks…"
Wuya groaned as she said unhappily "WE have to work with those brats? Urgh… I'd prefer to die." Chase said with a smirk on his face "We an arrange that, if you want…." Wuya turned to Chase and said with a sheepish laugh "Did I say die…? I meant…Diamonds, I'd prefer to have worthless diamonds than work with them."
Chase only hinted of his annoyance as he went back to his crystal ball
