Just your ordinary day in Mode for Marc and Mandy!
In Wilhelmina's office.
"Where are my Ralph Lauren lark satin heels...ugh..." Screamed Wilhelmina frantically searching her office.
"That weasel with curly hair was trying on my shoes for the last time." She took her cell phone and starts dialing!
"Marc, do you remember my satin dress??
"The navy long-sleeved one from Dao's collection that you were going to wear for the party in Alessandro Saladena house? No, why?
"You didn't try out my heels from that outfit did you? I can't find them anywhere... I need them Marc! I need them now!"
"Now Willy you now I would never try on your Ralph Lauren lark satin heels!
Amanda took deep breath and started to eat franticly candy bars she had stacked in her purse.
"I don't care if you choked on them as long as they appear in my office in the next 20 minutes. And Marc, remember about the five suck up curly haired assistant wannabes i have on speed dial? Don't make me make the call!"
"Yes, Willie. I will get right on it!"
Marc closed his phone and slowly looked at his friend.
"Mandy, honey, where are the black lark satin heels??"
"I don't know what you are talking about." Mumbled Amanda with her mouth full of chocolate."
"Mandy!?"
"OK, I put them on OK, once…and I might have walked in them for a few minutes…they might be under my desk?!"
"You didn't?"
"I am sorry, but c'mon they were Ralph Lauren's. Admit you would wear them if I did not do it first."
"OK, OK, maybe I would, but now I have to deal with Evilmina. Wait for me here and do not drink all champagne OK?"
"OK, just go…And Marc?
"Yeeees?"
"Don't tell her I had them?"
"P-hu-lease…Don't you know me? Fat Carol did it!" said Marc smiling as he left the secret hideout in the closet's closet.
