And Thanks to my awesome beta-reader Sinister Scribe. She took care of all my mistakes... I´m from Germany and I sucked at English at school... So I really needed her help!
Denial
"That's gross." With a disgusted face Gregory House put the sandwich, which he had stolen from Wilson short time ago, on his office-table in front of him.
"Come on, if you don´t want it, give it back!", said Wilson angrily.
"Not the sandwich!- Though you could´ve been more generous with the mayonnaise, cheapskate!" He rolled his eyes then he made a little move with his chin to the big glass-window. "Miss Wonder-bra and that snot-nosed little pissant."
Wilson glanced quickly over his shoulder: "Cuddy and the new dermatologist?"
House nodded. "She's been all over him for the whole day! If she could, she'd climb into his clothes with him."
"It´s his first day and Cuddy wanted to show him the hospital."
"Well then it's absolutely understandable that she's been squeezing her funbags up against him all the time... The hospital owns them."
Wilson smirked.
"What?" House watched Wilson suspiciously.
"You like Cuddy."
"Oh please!- Right, there is no cheaper whor-"
"You're jealous, because she spends more time with the new guy than with you."
Acting impressed House looked at Wilson. "Damn, you´re right! I´m totally in love with Cuddy.- Seriously, Wilson, you should start a new career as a psychologist. I bet you'd get a cable show on prime time in no time flat." Unnerved he rolled his eyes again.
Wilson just smiled, turned around and started to write something on Houses napkin.
"What are you doing now?" House tried to catch a look at the napkin, but Wilson stood in his way.
"Something you might need."
"Phone-number from a good stripper?"
"Just another bit of psyche 101 advice." Wilson smiled and left the office.
Five words stood on the panel.
Denial
Anger
Bargaining
Depression
Acceptance.
The same words, he wrote, when Cameron wasn't able to tell the woman, who had cancer in end stage, that she would die soon.
"Funny. Love compared to death... Really funny." House sniffed and took another bite of Wilson's sandwich.
This is my first story in english. It´s a translation of one of my german storys, and it´s the first part of five. So if you liked it, review and I´ll post the other parts as well.
