Mutant X isnt mine...the show wasnt created by me...,but it was cancelled after the third season...(too bad).

I thought may be i can write a fourth season :D:D...and i really started writing the episodes.

This is my first episode "Deep Drowning"...so...read it...i hope u like it...

Prologue

Some times an end of something could be fake.The end is a very hard word to say.You can't say on some one unless they are dead,but if they weren't then it can't be the end.Mutant X lived.

The past left them really broken.No sanctuary,no Helix,no Adam.Although they lost all that,they still had something very important.Love and Friendship.Those are gifts,may be more valuable then there freaky powers.Those gifts kept them alive.

On the last mission for mutant x,they discovered that for every single one of them there is an expiration date..meaning that on a specific date there unstable genetic structures will be the cause of there death,luckily Jesse's expiration date passed him and he didnt die,thats because one of Adam's experiments worked on Jesse's genetic structure,but here again adam couldnt remember which experiment worked and that means he wouldnt be able to save the rest of mutant x team.Also mutant x discovered that the Dominon were the real evil sources and that the person who calls himself "The Creator" is an ancient version of Adam who controlled Adam's life.When mutant x and Adam met the creator,he mustered up a shield that seperated him and Adam from mutant x team...then the council head arrived and kidnapped both Adam and The Creator..,but Adam was able to make a distraction to allow mutant x to escape by detonating the bomb he had already put in the helix.That was the last time we heard from mutant x.

Deep Drowning

Through the darkest nights,through the broken streets,Mutant x lived.They had some money that helped them book two rooms in a hotel..(Not a five star hotel) ...Each one of them was really confused and worried especially Shalimar,Lexa and Brennon who are living on a thread between life and death. There is no lab here in the hotel so Jesse could try to find a cure for them or search Adam's experiments.They are on there own now.

At the hotel,9:53 PM,Jesse and Brennon were playing cards while Lexa was taking a shower and Shalimar watching T.V.Suddenly Brennon snapped at Shal and Jesse.

Brennon : Look! We are not going to spend the rest of our lives like this.I mean am I the only one thinking of all the things that happened to us ?

shalimar : What do you mean Brennon ? you think we are not worried about Adam?

Brennon : Adam??...( Brennon was on his last nerve)...Every thing is about Adam.Well let me tell you something..Adam new our expiration dates and he never told us.All the time we were helping the dominion and we were on the wrong side and he never told us.He abandoned us when we needed him and claimed he was dead.Adam betrayed us and still all of what you care about is him? What about you Shal?and What about Lexa?Anyone of us could die any minute and all because of Adam.

Shalimar : Oh! right...so we should abandon him too.Brennon, Adam only cared for us.I know he's done somethings that I really couldnt buy easily,but all of his life was for us.He did experiments to try to find a way to save us.

Brennon : As much as he did good things,he did bad ones too.

Jesse : I'm alive because of him,Brennon.He didn't give up on me so I'm not going to give up on him.And for your information none of you can be saved unless we find so in all ways you must find Adam.

(Brennon paused for a while then said calmly)

Brennon : And how can we do that?

Jesse : Thats what we've been thinking about.

Brennon : May be we can try to call any of Adam's old friends to help us.

Jesse : I already tried,but no joy.

Brennon : Where did you try? there are no computers here.

Jesse : I've been to a net cafe.

Shalimar : Well...did you try contacting the dominion?

Jesse : Yes,but also no joy.

(Lexa comes in...)

Lexa : So what did I miss ? Heard Brennon snapping.

Jesse : Nothing...He just lost the cards game...(Jesse smiled)

Brennon : Yeah! right...(Brennon gave him a non-caring look)

shalimar : Lexa,Can you contact the dominion?

Lexa : Well..I've been with Jesse to the net cafe...We tried,but there was nothing.

Shalimar : What does that mean? We are completely on our own.

Jesse : Not that only.Our money is decreasing and we won't be able to stay in the hotel any more.

Brennon : Great...(Brennon was really upset)

Lexa : Guys,We go have to find a job.

Jesse : Like fighting evil mutants or selling clothes ?...(Jesse mocked)

Lexa : I'm not kdding.

Shalimar : She's right.We got to find a job.

Brennon : What about people who needs our help?

Shalimar : We'll be there for them...besides our jobs.

Jesse : Well then.We got to start searching.

Mutant x decided to search for jobs,that doesn't mean they won't be rolling in the streets helping the helpless.Each one of them tried to control himself or herself and forget about death.Jesse succeeded in getting a job at computer lab...( Jesse is always lucky).Brennon got a job as a bodyguard in a night club while Shalimar and Lexa got no jobs...( how strange!!)

A week passed and there was no progress in finding anything about Adam or the dominion.Its seems like its not easy this time.No one knows if Adam is alive or dead.

Back At the Hotel,Shal and Lexa were discussing there present situation.

Lexa : Every time I convince myself that there is hope in finding Adam,I find this hope fading.

Shalimar : We'll find him.I can feel it.I just don't think we'll reach him soon,but I think we'll find him.

Lexa : What if we found him and it was too late ? does it ever come to your mind that he may be dead ?

Shalimar : No,I don't think so.The dominion doesn't want him dead.They need him for there scientific researches.

Lexa : I bet...Hey! Why isn't Jesse and Brennon back till now?

Shalimar : I don't know.

Brennon was at the night club where he worked waiting for Jesse to come so they can walk together to the hotel.Jesse was kind of late which made Brennon get bored.

Jesse : Here I am.

Brennon : How early?why didn't you come an hour later ?...(Brennon wasn't in a good mood)

Jesse : Sorry,man.Let's go.

Brennon and Jesse were walking to the hotel when suddenly they heard a male scream.They ran to the place where the scream came from.They found a man on the floor not moving.Jesse looked around,but he didnt find anybody except that man on the floor.Brennon checked him.The man was dead.Brennon searched him and he found that the man's name was David Frank.He was a scientist who did experiments on animals.Jesse was kind of surprised when he saw the man.

Brennon : do you know him?

Jesse : No,It's just...look at his mouth...(The man's mouth was full of water mixed with saliva)

Brennon : This guy died by drowning.

Jesse : He must have,but how can it be when there is no near lake or river here and even if there was,We just heard him screaming.

(Brennon and Jesse were really surprised)

Jesse called the police then he and Brennon left the place immediately.
