They're getting ready to go to sleep and Carter thinks to herself, and remembers a song that so fits,

Jack thinks back to what he told Carter, and thinks of a song that fits

After the Za'tarc testing and everything that happened,

Carter is packing all her stuff up in the SGC, so is Jack, they both leave out of the SGC at the same time

Carters thinking wow this is it the end of my SG1 days.

They are both outside they turn to each other, Jack smiles well we are not a part of the same chain of command, and Kisses her
