"I cannot believe Sikowitz had me pretend to be married to Vega." Jade ranted to her girlfriend, Cat, during lunch.
"It wasn't that bad." Cat offered, but Jade continued.
"And made you our baby, I mean I get that he didn't want it to be easy so he didn't cast you as my wife 'cause I could play your husband any day, but I still hate having to play anything with Vega." Jade met her girlfriend's eyes and saw them sparkling. "What did I say?"
"You want to be my husband." Cat stated in a sing song voice causing Jade to blush and look if anyone was paying attention.
"I want to be your wife, I want to protect and love you for the rest of my life." Cat smiled and pulled Jade in for a searing kiss causing Jade to smile widely. "I'll take that as an agreement."
"We're too young now, but I also want to spend the rest of my life with you." They share another kiss and fall into a comfortable silence.
