"Eridan…." I heard her say. I looked around the empty darkness wondering where she was. I know I killed her, so why can I hear her voice.
"Eridan… why did you kill me? Why did you want to kill Sollux? Were you jealous?" Feferi said. I knew what the answer was but I couldn't bring myself to say it. It would damage my pride.
"You don't have to answer I already know what it is. Eridan why didn't you tell me you loved me? This could have ended differently." Feferi said. I felt my heart twist and turn while it was being attacked by three different emotions. Guilt, sorrow, and it's most powerful weapon, love.
"Feferi…. I didn't know how to tell you.." I said while still searching for her voice. I felt a small tear fall down my cheek and I quickly whipped it away. I saw a light and looked at it.
"I will always love you Eridan… I love you." I heard Feferi's voice say. As the light grew brighter I woke up. I whipped the tears from my face away. I looked up into the stars and wondered if she was alright. "I'm sorry Feferi… I will always love you. Goodbye for now."
