A young lady with the most beautiful red hair walked down the street. That young lady's name is Gou, Gou Matsuoka. She had no experience with romance but she is very easy-going and refreshing.
"Gou-chan!"
Gou turns around and sees Chisuga running towards her. They both greeted each other. Gou asks how Chigusa's job was going.
"Heh, Heh... (sigh) The museum's manager keeps complaining on how we have less and less people come every year."
Gou chuckles. She said that Iwatobi was a small town but will always have visitors and tours.
"Hmm. Yea you're right! Well I have to go grocery shopping for lunch! Bye-Bye!"
They both wave goodbye, and as soon as Chigusa was out of sight, Gou smelt smoke in the air. 'Smoke?' Gou runs to the direction where the smell was coming from.
"HELP! THERE'S A FIRE!"
A woman yells for help at the burning house. Gou runs over and asks what happened. The lady said that she left her stove on while taking care of her backyard. A kid tugged at the woman, it looked like her child.
"Mommy, our cat is still in there..."
Gou gasp and asks what color the cat was. The cat was white and was still a kitten.
Gou drops her bag and runs towards the burning house.
"Wait! You can't!"
The lady begged Gou to stop. Gou turns around.
"Even just one life is very important."
Gou smiles and turns back, running again. Entering the house, she searched the living room first. 'Cough! Cough!' Gou kept looking around.
'Moew!'
'The cat!' Gou thought. She searched for the kitten in the kitchen.
'Meow!'
Gou spots the cat on the counter, and quickly picks it up. The ceiling starts to crumble. She quickly runs for the front entrance... until she trips and the fire burns her leg.
"ARGH!" Gou Yelps and stand up again. Her eyes water because of the smoke and fire.
'Three more steps!'
And Gou sees the light coming from the door. She goes out the door and runs into a man's arms.
"Are you alright!"
'Green hair?'
