This is a poem about how I believe Inuyasha would feel if something ever happened to Kagome.

What Have I Done!?
When I saw her fall I went running..
I was sure that I had caught her in time.
This time wasn't any different then the others..
I mean..we were in battle..she wasn't paying attention like usual..
But..when I held her close..she was so quiet..she always tells me she's gonna be ok..
I heard no words of reassurance..or even the slightest indication that things were alright
Her arms..they became still..hers hands..grew cold
Kagome..
My Kagome
She was slipping away from me..
And to think the girl that I loved was dying in my arms..and I was powerless..DAMN IT!!
Iwisper..that I love her over and over..in hopes that she hears me..
Soonafter that..it became hard to find her heart beat..her all too familiar smell started to fade
