Shiro merely raised an eyebrow. "The answer's still no."
"Really Shiro? It has been how long and yet you remain stone-cold to my affections. Dear Lord almighty, why did I end up with a partner like yourself?" Mephisto lamented, earning an unimpressed look from his friend. He huffed, handing Shiro a present and rounding the corridor corner followed by a trail of German swears.
The exorcist sighed, looked down at the gift, and tore away the colorful wrapping paper. "That son-of-a-bitch..." Only an eccentric demon King would deem a Lutheran study Bible appropriate for the 7th anniversary of a Catholic priest's ordination.
This was based on a kink meme request for Mephisto messing with Father Fujimoto. I personally thought that it would be just like Mephisto to give Shiro a Lutheran Bible, perhaps as a hint to join a Lutheran denomination. (Hey, if he got mad at someone he could just write out his issues with them and nail them to the person's door.)
