A/N: This is my first story, and it MAY (get it c;) take me awhile to post new chapters, but reviews are liked and I don't mind bad criticism , TY~
I was in the truck, having a conversation with professor Birch, when the Truck suddenly stopped. I lurched forward, almost hitting my head on the boxes of my possessions. A bright light shone through the open door, blinding me for a couple seconds. I told the professor that I had to leave, seeing my mom walking out the door of our new home. I was so exited, about moving to a whole new region! New friends, new neighbors, AND I get to brag that my dad is a Gym Leader only a few towns away.
I hopped out of the car into a small embrace with my mom. After we were done I heard two voices behind me.
"Make sure to gives her a Pokemon, okay? Her father would be disappointed if he found out she wasn't getting one."
"Alright, Steven, but don't you want to meet her?"
"Fine"
I felt a hand fold over my shoulder and turn me around. After I did my eyes fell upon a silver haired, beautiful man with a stern look. He had his eyes closed though.
"Hi." I smiled at him "I'm May." I stuck out my hand to shake it, but when he opened his eyes, he just stared at me.
"I'm Steven..." he said. "Very well then, I must be going. My dad wants me to do some work for him." And with that he was gone. I looked the way he left. There was a lot of tall grass. I wonder if he has a Pokemon with him.
"May," Said a much lower voice.
"Oh! Professor, I didn't see you there!"
"Well do I have a surprise for you!"
