It was a cold rainy day in the city, a girl was walking along the road; she had no coat, no shoes, only her pale blue shirt, and a red lightly colored pair of pants. She was alone in this world, no friends or family to care for her; also she had strangely colored eyes, they were a mixture of black and purple with no shine to em. When the rain stopped, she just kept on walking till she found the alley that was her home; then she crawled into a cardboard box that she lived in alone. She started to cry, but stopped when she heard people coming pass her home; they were either talking to themselves or the others that were around em. She tried her best to stay hidden, and it worked no one noticed her except for a child holding his mother's hand; he shouted "kitty, kitty," the reason he did was cause the girl failed in covering up her cat ears and tail. When the boy and mother left, the girl was still hiding despite the fact that the other people had left too; she was done when she heard nothing at all. As the sun was setting, the girl went out to see if it was safe; when it was she headed out to find some food. While searching she came across a lot of cats that were doing the same thing she was doing; she decided to follow them to see what she could find, and when they lead her to a restaurant near the subway( like a train subway) and she went straight to the garbage and found some food that was still good, and ate some, but gave what was left to the cats. She left them searching, and when the moon was rising in the sky, she started to dance underneath it; while she was dancing, and people were sleeping in their beds dreaming sweet dreams without care. The girl quit dancing when she noticed a young man walking towards her, and then she started to run away from him; he was yelling "please stop, I'm not going to hurt you." But she did not stop until she was in her alley again and he ran past it without looking in at all. When she saw it was safe, the girl fell asleep, and started to dream of a place where she would be safe, and happy.
