Stay away! What do you plan to do?!
Every night, like clockwork. He'd dream of-no, remember another piece of the past, only to wake up before the vision would give him any inkling of what it meant, of who he was.
Who were those people? Why did they take him away from his grandpa? He hadn't done anything wrong, why were they trying to get him?
The dreams were the most vivid every time they prepared to conquer a new area of Vibe Island. The closer she gets to rescuing her friends, the more I remember. Maybe her quest and his dreams were connected?
But why?
Perry sighed audibly. And why was I on that mountain to begin with? Who are my parents, what could've happened to make them leave me there? Are they still alive?
Peach looked up from the small campfire she was tending to.
"Perry? Are you okay?"
He snapped out of his reverie and smiled at her. No time for this. I've got to concentrate on helping the princess!
"You should get some rest. We've still got a lot of enemies to fight up ahead!"
As he watched her sleep, he couldn't help but wonder what she dreamed of.
