Ariel is getting restless. She can see her interest mirrored in Elsa's eyes but a reserved demeanor blocking it. This would be so much easier if she could make the first move. But maybe, just maybe...
Ariel kisses her quickly before pulling away but Elsa moves in for another. The kiss of true love no doubt, given the intensity... Given the shrieks of the sea witch coming up from below.
Ariel opens her mouth to speak, to explain everything to Elsa, but still nothing comes out.
"Ariel, what is going on?" Elsa asks.
Ariel motions frenzied to indicate snow. Elsa blinks but does summon snow in the lagoon. She watches in amazement as Ariel sits down to draw out the whole story out on the snow, realizing there's nothing this redhead does that doesn't charm her. Even that dinner where she combed her hair with a fork... /Elsa, she saved your life but you've got it really bad./
It's a diplomatic nightmare about to blow up. The snow queen picks up the little mermaid in her arms and the two head back to the castle of Arendelle on the ice bridge Elsa is forming ahead of them. Ariel is looking adoringly at her, clinging on like she never wants to let go, but she looks confused as Elsa sets her down on the ground by the gates.
"My kingdom was almost taken over by someone once. It sounds to me like this sea witch may have similar designs on your father's kingdom." Ariel covers her mouth in shock. Elsa wants nothing more than to take Ariel back into her arms but that won't solve the issue facing them.
