A/N: Wow. I even mention that I MIGHT leave the fandom and you all start to shut me out. That really shows how much you care. Thanks :)
Plushtrap sat limply in the chair, waiting for the "game" to begin. It was his favorite part of the night, the part when he ran the show, and he got a chance to scare the kid. It's the reason why he gets up at night.
He'll have to turn off the flashlight eventually. When he does, I can grab him. Plushtrap thought to himself. A moment later, the room is thrown into blackness, the kid having turned off the light at last.
Now was his chance. Plushtrap jumped off the chair darted for the nearest doorway. He made it just in time, as the kid turned the flashlight back on right as Plushtrap ducked behind the door. Now he was stuck again.
Why won't the kid just turn the lights off? I might not hurt him if he turns off that light for good.
Plushtrap waited for the light to go off again. After a few agonizing seconds, the room again became pitch black. Plushtrap booked it for the other side of the room, hoping to not get caught. Strangely enough, the light didn't turn back on.
He's trying to trick me, isn't he? Well, two can play at that game.
Plushtrap started running forward, no longer caring about secrecy; he just wanted to get the kid. It's all he had ever wanted.
As Plushtrap neared the child, he could start to see the small outline of the terrified child curled up in a ball. Plushtrap didn't want to see him like this. He wanted to see the kid full of dignity, not this mess of sadness.
Plushtrap pounced anyway, just wanting to finish it all. After all, the moment he touched the kid, Plushtrap would be sent away from the others, who wait out the night completely.
Plushtrap heard the sound of metal impacting skin and opened his mouth in order to bite the child, to remind him to never mess with the small rabbit again.
But, like normal, right as Plushtrap hit the kid some invisible force teleported Plushtrap away from the room to his little spot in the corner, to watch all of the other bots meet with the same fate.
We will never win this game.
A/N: Oh, I almost forgot (30 points for the first person to name who says that), to Amberfoot Warriors wizard, thanks for that! I hope you and your friend can still be close, even though you guys are so far apart.
