My Day
Sneak out to the garden
Note said half past one
got a little time to spend
so let me have some fun.
Hermione snuck outside of the Burrow, into the garden. While she loves the Weasleys, she needed some time with HIM. He said he'd be here at 1:30, and it was 1:20 now. She hadn't seen him in a week, and cannot wait to see him tonight. Their secret had been kept since fourth year, and now she'd be going into seventh.
Listen to the crickets
Strum their dainty strings
Look out for the owls
Stretching out their wings.
Hermione loves to listen to all of natures sounds, and watch the small lives around her. She saw some owls fly nearby, certainly aiming for a gnome for dinner. Crickets chirp nearby, creating the world's natural symphony. She had time, she could...
Dancing in the moonlight
Twirling in the breeze
Love of my life comes closer,
Gets down on his knees.
Hermione had just begun to dance in the shady grass near the garden. Twirling and leaping, she improved her own little world. Suddenly, she felt eyes on her back, and spun to face the intruder. The intruder who turned out to be him, Draco Malfoy, the boy she has loved for years. She cautiously watched as he drew closer, and got down on one knee. Oh...
"Darling, you know I love you.
And this is a bloody hard task.
Sweetie, please hurry to answer,
My question is one I have to ask."
"Mione, please marry me. I would be a mess without you, and cannot see myself without you, in our future. I would love to have little bushy-haired toddlers running across our floor. Please, Hermione Jean Granger, say yes."
"Did you think for even a second
I would tell you no?
Yes is always my answer-
I shouldn't have to tell you so!"
Hermione Granger pulled Draco to his feet. "I don't have the heart to tell you no; you're everything I'll ever need!" The couple kissed sweetly, and Draco slipped a ring onto her left ring finger.
"Just so the world knows you're mine." Looking down, the ring had a ruby in the center, surrounded by little emeralds.
"Perfect."
That was three months ago,
Now I'm all in white.
Today is the last I am Granger
Tomorrow I'll be Draco's wife.
Ginny and Molly were bustling around, making sure everything was ready for the lovely couple. It wasn't hard to convince them how wonderful Draco really was, and helped persuade Ron and the twins.
Looking at herself, Hermione couldn't imagine not marrying Draco. He was her Slytherin, and was not going to let him go.
The band begins to play
A sleek, familiar song
I walk down very slowly
I've been waiting for so long.
Soon, Hermione was at the alter, crying out her answer, ("Of course I do!"). Finally the vows were finished, and the two gave the other a sweet kiss. Arm in arm, the two Malfoys walked down the aisle, to their new future together.
