Implicit Trust
by D. Reed
It was tearing him apart, and Rangiku felt helpless.
After all he'd been through to become strong in his desire to protect Hinamori, she still had the gall to ask him to save the man responsible for much of his pain. Save Aizen, she'd said. Rangiku had heard it; while she didn't hate Momo, she hated seeing Hitsugaya caught in limbo. In his desire to remain close to Momo, Rangiku was afraid he really would try to save Aizen regardless of the cost to himself.
But no matter what, she trusted him to choose wisely, and would support his decision.
