this could be called a Harry Potter/James Bond crossover, but really is just any spy stuff.
Harry had always believed knowledge was power. after he uses a piece of gossip to save a girl from Dudley, he started to grow a spy network.
Setting up shop in a forgotten second world bunker, they begin to gather kids with 'special' skill sets, and eventually have an underground base of operations, getting money by stealing from gangs, and mostly just indulging Harry's 'saving people thing' by getting kids out of abusive situations.
They could have an old ex-spy being their patron to keep the suspension of disbelief to a minimum. Once they find out about the magical world, they expand operations to include magical families. They recruit at Hogwarts and at some point I Really want the main base of operations to be the chamber of secrets, because it would seriously look cool...
Anyway, as little bashing as possible, and a friendship with Draco would be nice. Besides, he would be a good informant and could be passed as being in an abusive situation. Hopefully good Snape, and maybe a batty Headmaster.
