I've tried to stop thinking about you and her,
being together,
side by side,
happy,
and in love.
I've tried to tell myself that,
you love me,
you want to be with me,
you are happy with me,
and that you do love me.
I've tried to stop the doubts that,
you're cheating on me,
you're kissing her,
you're always by her,
you're happier with her,
and that you'd rather be with her.
I've tried to tell you that,
i'm not comfortable,
i hate her,
i'm worried,
i love you,
and i want you to choose.
I've tried to ignore the fact that,
you chose her,
you want her,
you don't love me,
you broke up with me,
and that you crushed me.
I tried to stop myself,
from cutting too deep,
from bleeding,
from turning pale,
from dying,
and from thinking about you.
