You are one of my greatest friends. Do you have any idea how hard it is to watch you day by day and not kiss you? Not tell you I love you. All because I would rather be near you as a friend and comfort you, then be far away from you, incase you don't care for me that way.
I love you with all of my existence and I only wish for you to be happy. If your happiness means my suffering and pining then I will suffer all my life. Maybe one day I will get the courage to tell you, to hold you. Every time we fight I pretend to be mad because I should be, while really it rips me in pieces seeing you cry, because of my fear.
At first it was just a silly impossible crush, over the years it became so much more. Today I suffer wishing my courage would finally kick in and only hoping I will tell you tomorrow. The one thing I have thought for so long. If only. If only I could tell you, if only you knew, if only you felt the same way. If only I would stop being a coward. If only you loved me. If only.
