Before I begin telling about my times in the virtual game Sword Art Online, let's get a little clear on who I am. My name is Cain Jaffar, age fifteen. I'm a pale 5'6" male with black hair that brushes my shoulders, in reality. In this game, I'm a 5'5" female with black hair that goes to my mid-back area. Amongst the online community, I've been in too many games with the same name that I'm recognized wherever I go. I already said to them that I wasn't going to be taking on SAO, so if anyone had my name, it'd be a crazed fan. So that's what I am now. Despite this, I was one of the 1,000 people to gain access to a Beta copy of the game. I never did play the game, as I knew that the creator of the game had planned for the players. I spent the entirety using the game over and over to alter it so my physical appearance inside of it could not be altered by any of the item's effects. Except losing a limb or two. I did eventually succeed in this, though it took out the entire time it was non-public.
A few hours later, I was inside the game. And what I do first; take one step, then fell. After all, I kinda am a natural male so... things were a bit different playing as a girl this time around. Even still, it's insane that I took my first step and fell. Talk about beginner's luck. Either way, with how I was in this game, loads of male characters were coming up to me and asking for me to join their parties, to help me hunt a bit, and it's all just... insane. I denied it all and went off into a field that only myself and two other guys were in, but they were too occupied to see me (thank lord). I began training up a bit before more players came out, and before I noticed, it was already sundown.
