A young girl sat on the edge of the golden sand shore as her pink hair shined in the warmth of the sunlight, her honey colored eyes took in her surroundings and the breathtaking view of the waves crashing against the rock tides.
Her mind wandering back to a memory of meeting her first and best friend, Ikuto.
A young boy a meter taller than her stood on the rock tide beside the sand and was gently cradling a small black kitten in his hands.
Curious to why he was there and with a kitten, the young girl wandered over to him and gently tapped him the shoulder. Smiling brightly up at him she asked to pet the kitten in his arms. "My name is Amu, what's yours? And what's the kittens name? " She mumbled to rush out the questions before her face turned a pink as the boy wrapped his hand around her wrist and pulled her closing so she fell on him. "You almost got stung by a blue jellyfish, my name is Ikuto and the kittens name is Yoru. "
Instantly the pink haired girl looked down at where she previously stood and saw a jellyfish moving along the surface of the tidepool.
"Thank you, it's nice to meet you and Yoru"she whispered before standing up, making sure the surface below was clear of any crustaceans or critters.
