The Midnight Sky
I was alone, bored in my own castle. Sure Philip was there but honestly I wasn't in love with him anymore, my heart now moved on to another... a pirate. Captain Hook was his famous name, but Killian Jones was perfect to me. People say he's a mean old sod, but who could say that he wasn't hot. His dark eyes made up for all that he may have done in the past. I walked out onto my balcony and stared out into the scenery, I had my room in this part of the castle just so I could see the sea dance. I look for his ship every night, sometimes he sees me too. A couple of weeks ago, at my birthday ball, we danced together, I'd do anything to back there, to see his perfect eyes staring into mine. I looked for him, nothing.
It immediately crossed my mind. Philip. He hated Hook, ever since that dance he always thought of him as a threat. I couldn't tell Philip I loved Hook or he'd kill him. Unless he already knew? What if that's why I can't see Hook sailing tonight, I looked up at the beautiful midnight sky. No clouds, he couldn't have got lost. That's it, I'll have to go find him, what if he really is hurt?
I walk to my closet and pull out my riding trousers and top, my helmet and boots follow. I walked out to the stables and saddled up on my favourite horse, I rode out in search for him, looking for any signs that meant he had pasted and was ok. I was deep in the forest, a long way from my castle but still no sign of him. Suddenly I heard something, a shadow moved in the middle of some bushes. I jumped down from horseback and walked slowly towards the bush. Too big for an animal, must be a person...
