AN: A late drabble for Father's Day. :)

Rachel walked into her living room of her home, chuckling under her breath at the sight in front of her. Her husband was on his hands and knees, looking under the couch.

"Kurt!" she managed to finally say. "What are you doing honey?"

"Trying to locate our child," he said with a sigh. "Ana is a good hider. She's going to be a terror when she's old enough to start playing hide and seek."

"You mean the little wiggly thing that I caught crawling into the kitchen?" smirked Rachel as she bounced Ana in her arms. Their little girl laughed, her blue eyes ablaze with life as she enjoyed her mother's attention. Kurt bumped his head on the underside of the couch at the noise and got up with a frown, rubbing the sore spot.

"Alright you," he said sternly at his daughter. "I look away one second and you take off to Momma." He sniffed, crossing his arms. "I can see how much I'm loved."

"Aww, poor baby," cooed Rachel. She kissed Kurt's forehead. "You should have put her in the playpen while you were blogging."

"I guess I should have," agreed Kurt. "But she was so happy playing with the magazine. I didn't have the heart to move her."

"Uh-huh," said Rachel with a smile. "Softie."

Kurt raised an eyebrow. "And who let her have a whole bowl of chocolate pudding?"

"I did not let her," said Rachel with a scoff. "I reached for my water glass and she already had her hands in the bowl and half of it on her jumper."

"Uh-huh," said Kurt skeptically. The Jewish woman rolled her eyes.

"Now take her back please," said Rachel. "Or lunch will never-"

"Da!"

Both Kurt and Rachel Hummel did a double take at their first born.

"Did she-?" began Kurt.

"Da da da!" said Ana, holding out her arms to her daddy. The countertenor was stunned as he took his daughter from Rachel.

"You just said Dada!" said Rachel, tickling her child and bringing her face close to Ana's. "Now try Mom-ma."

"Dada," yawned the little girl, burying her head into Kurt's neck.

"I got that one," said Kurt as he handed Rachel his phone. He looked pleased and wrapped his arms tighter around Ana with a smile, kissing the top of her head.

"Happy Father's Day Dada," teased Rachel as she ran her hand through Kurt's mussed up hair from his excursion of looking under furniture. "She has been babbling quite a lot these past two weeks. Shelby said she's been talking up a storm during the day."

"She knows exactly when to make her speaking debut," sighed Kurt. "Exactly when she's about to get into trouble."

"Of course, the little charmer," said Rachel. "She gets it honest."

"Are you saying that I know exactly what to say to wiggle my way out of trouble?"

"I didn't say she got it from you," smiled Rachel sweetly. Kurt rolled his eyes and snuggled Ana closer.

"Now she just needs to work on Momma and Grandpa," said Rachel with a soft smile, adjusting the light purple dress her daughter was wearing. "Especially since we have three of those."

"And Grandma," said Kurt. "Two of those too."

Rachel laughed. "Just wait till she says 'Unca Pin.'"

Kurt snorted.
