The Doctor was in the TARDIS, in his special room. It was one of these rooms of his that his companions didn't know about. It was his room with pictures and souvenirs from trips with his companions.

He was just about to dust off his picture of Donna and Ood Sigma when something in his pocket buzzed. His psychic paper.

He smiled. Of all his latest companions, River was the only one who really understood how to send mail to it.

But it couldn't be River. She was saved now. Wasn't in the same world as him anymore.

Then who could it be? He opened it, but all it said was " I remember" in a sprawling handwriting. He didn't recnogize it.

Remember what?

He put the psychic paper where the TARDIS could trace it and let the TARDIS take him to the messenger.

But the TARDIS just left him at a church, and nobody was waiting for him.

"Why would the TARDIS bring me here?" he wondered. Of course he had to go inside the church, even though he from outside could see it had been closed for several years.

The wooden doors were heavy and the inside of church was empty except for one old woman who sat with her head down, praying. Why would she be praying here, in a closed church in out of nowhere, alone in her age? She had to be at least 80.

He heard her whispering something.

" I remember" she said. "I remember, please take him back to me, take my spaceman back to me. Please "
