Chapter: 1
After arriving on a new world, I used the amulet of dragons to assume a human form. I was exploring the new world I found when I came across a young dragon yearling and a human fighting for their lives from creature.
I used the amulet of dragons to revert to my true form. I was a massive Hydrailisk with a jet-black scaly hide, huge leathery wings and a long muscular serpents' tail.
I flapped my wings a bit to gain Hight then I dove into a dive letting out a jet of dragon fire at the creatures. While shadow covered the other dragon and the human. Surprising everyone for a moment. One of the creatures took a swing at me. His blade cutting deep into my hide spraying silver blood out of the wound. While I used my talons to tear him to pieces. At this point the creatures were in retreat.
"thanks for the save are you ok?" asked the human
"yes, I am it will heal in no time" I said with a small hiss
"what are you and where did you come form. also, how do you have a dragon, I thought all the dragons were killed a long time ago?" he asked
"I am a hydrailisk and shadow is my bonded dragon from a xenomorph hive." I replied
"What is a xenomorph?" the human asked
"ill show you later if you like" I relied
"what is that neckless? I can feel something strange from it?" he asked
"it's a magical amulet that has the power to transform anything into a dragon of any kind" I answered
"but that is supposed to be impossible" the dragon said
"well it's an artifact I created a couple years ago, using magic from my home" I said causing the human to look surprised
"wait you can hear her?" he asked surprised
"yes, it's a perk of the amulet of dragons. It lets the user understand any dragon." I replied
"wow I wish I could change into a dragon like Saphira here" he replied
"Well I could enchant a wyrmstone to do that for you. But you won't be able to be like Saphira. and it won't be as good as the amulet because the gemstone in the amulet was crafted by fusing a crystalized dragons' heart with a Dragonstone using an infinity stone. You would be limited to one transformation every 7 days." I said, "I'm Inferno by the way."
"I'm Eragon and this is Saphira my bonded dragon." he said "I would like that if you could enchant one for me"
After talking to Eragon and Saphira for a little while and explaining that I am from a different world we made camp. I decided to remain a hydrailisk now that I found a friend. Eragon told me about the war and invited me to join the rebel group called the Varden. I accepted the offer and after a night sleep we made our way to the Varden camp.
After arriving at the Varden camp I was introduced to the varies officials of the Varden. Eragon had informed Nasuada of me and the amulet. She requested that I make more wyrmstone for her soldiers. I told her that wyrmstones are only giving to friends of my kind, but I would change anyone who wanted to become a dragon.
It was a few days later when I was slithering around the camp as a hydrailisk. The scabbard with the infinity blade in it was tied to my back in a way that still let's have full use of my wings. the amulet of dragons hanging around chest right over my heart and the ring of serpents on my index claw.
I had just finished with Eragons wyrmstone and I was bringing it to him. In the few days I've been I've had dozens of people come to me to become a dragon. after having made sure it was what they wanted I changed them into a dragon.
"hey Eragon, I got your wyrmstone finished!" I called
"Really thanks!" he said as I gave him the wyrmstone
We walked out into a valley not far from camp were Saphira was waiting for us. Eragon used his wyrmstone and changed into a dragon. He was a beautiful blue scaled dragon with a wyrmstone embedded into his chest over his heart.
"wow this feels amazing!" he said after he looked himself over
