Prompt: Forever

I Remember Like It Was Yesterday

Percy remembered the only Quidditch match he had ever been interested in. It had been Gryffindor versus Slytherin in his third year.

Students had trudged through the wet grounds to make their way to the Quidditch pitch, drenched to the bone, despite raincoats and Drying Charms.

It had just made Percy even more miserable. As if Quidditch wasn't bad enough, but having to sit through a whole match in the rain made it worse.

But then Gryffindor's newest Keeper took the air. Oliver Wood. A small third year, not known to many for his intelligence in the classroom. But, he was a fantastic Keeper. He saved every goal, keeping Slytherin scoreless when the Snitch was caught by the Gryffindor Seeker.

Percy remembered it because it was the only time Quidditch had appealed to him. Oliver had appealed to him. He would remember that day forever.

Drabbles are hard, especially when I've never written either character before. I hope I did alright and I's love for you to review it if you could :)
