Silently Screaming
Disclaimer: I don't own anything.
A/N: Prepare for angst! Seriously.
A/N 2: I literally wrote this in two minutes and had no spell checker, so... just enjoy.
Poison. None of them knew it was coming. After all, it was a simple midnight stroll at the beach. Prue hated the beach. She didn't even know why she had followed them. They couldn't see or hear her, what was the point? To walk among them. She did it a lot, just coming down, unnoticed, for a quick visit. But this night was different.
Prue followed Cole and Phoebe to the beach. She hated the beach, why she went she had no idea. Something just drove her to follow them. And she could do nothing.
Phoebe and Cole were walking along when an assassian of The Source shimmered behind them. He lifted his bow and shot an arrow, then shimmered out. The arrow flew right through Prue and she could sense the poison. Cole dropped to his knees and pulled the arrow out. He began to sweat and cramp up. He fell on his back and all Phoebe could do was kneel next to him and scream for Leo. But Leo could not hear her. And nobody could hear Prue.
"Get up you bastard!" She screamed. "You can't do this! You can't leave her now!"
She had no idea why she was screaming, they couldn't hear her, but it was just something she had to do.
"After all that, this is how it ends?" She continued screaming. "You stand up right now! I will not let you leave her this way!"
Cole stayed on the ground, gasping for breath. Phoebe was panicking. There was nothing she could do. Leo wasn't coming and she was miles from anyone. And all she could do was the same as Prue, just watch.
"Get up!" Prue continued to scream. "I won't let you leave her! I will cram your stupid soul back into your body as soon as it comes out and I will not let Death have you! Get up!"
Phoebe cried louder as the situation worsened. Prue could see the Angel of Death's smoke form from the corner of her eye, but she didn't budge.
"You can't leave her! Do you understand me?"
Prue bent down to try to pull him up, but her hands went right through. She fell to her knees and began to weep along side her sister.
"You son of a bitch." Prue said as Cole's eyes closed. "You can't leave her too."
THE END
