Prologue:
"Come closer…"
The shadowed figure gave a slight flinch in response of the uttered words, but gives no reply.
He then slowly crept forward, then around a small turn in the large hallway, the light nonexistent, none the less. He continues unperturbed of the almost crushing darkness.
"What is your name…?"
There is no reply.
"Who are you…?"
Then silence falls and the voice is heard no longer.
All that can be heard are slight footsteps that echoes onward into the endless darkness.
A metallic ping is heard and then a small groan of pain, the figure ran into a ladder while walking.
He begins to climb downward into darkness. Feeling the cold Pierce through him.
He focusses on his objective, to stop the blinding one from plunging the world into darkness
He has exhausted all other options up to this point.
Where he is now, there is no going back.
He arrives at a door, lightly shimmering in the void, almost seeming even darker than everything else around him. He enters, and the world itself folds in upon itself and the sun disappears.
Chapter 1:Enter Darkness
A zoroark is seems surprised by the disappearance of the sun, but he never expected it . He just didn't notice much due to his home being nearly always in a twilight of sorts.
His name is unimportant right now, what matters is the total absence of light, well, almost total absence of in his case, he is a creature of darkness and night. Though he will be fine, there are others who can't see in the dark.
In this moment, he realizes that it seemed darker than normal, it was about noon.
It shouldn't he this dark normally, and no eclipse was to be seen for a few years, about 4 from now. He lives slightly close to Nimbassa, but knew not to go there, he would be seen and then captured due to his inability to use illusions. If any human entered the Lostlorn woods, other zoroark would deter them, but he had to run form them, sometimes not being as easy as said.
He hears a slight whisper, but doesn't think much of it, he forest is teeming with hidden creatures.
In an instant, he begins to fall onto his knees and starts holding his temple strongly. A seemingly unknown migraine began and he felt his mind tug away from him. He tried to focus to stop the pain, but that only made it worse. He let's his grip loosen and he feels as if he was floating.
A voice started speaking, no two, now three!
A vocal wave assaulted his ears, but was able to discern a few phrases.
"Freefall Temple!"
"Firewind Forest!"
"Frostbitten Lake!"
You have to stop it, the three shall rise once again!
"And the blinding one shall destroy all"
"It is your duty to stop it"
It ends as soon as it began, he falls onto the ground waiting for the ache to fade.
It happens slowly, but it stoops soon enough for him to speak.
He let's out a sigh,
"Favorite Saturday ever"
He seems to pause in thought of whether or not to try and fix things or just try to go with the flow.
In the end, he settles to start soon, but he must first go back to his tree den.
He passes by a small valley, then over a river, using the stepping stones to cross.
He knew this journey of his will take a long while, so he prepares for it.
He arrives at his tree, climbing swiftly over the familiar branches.
He doesn't have much, but it will be enough for a while.
He climbs back down, attempting to think of the locations the voices told him.
He believes the locations are the Relic Castle, The crater north of Himalau city, and the Abyssal Ruins
He walks through his forest once more, realizing that he may not come back for a long time.
He is ready to start his journey to save the sun.
