"Did it hurt?" asked Riku smoothly, flipping his silver hair for maxium effect. He moved closer towards Sora, the small boy having previously been involved in the back-breaking process of looking for a log for Kairi. Well, no – that had been the easy bit. It had taken him little over a minute to find the log. It was the 'dragging heavy, 100 pound object back to Kairi' part he was finding a little tricky.
"Did what hurt, Riku? You mean the last wooden sword fight we had? Cause that hurt, especially when you kicked me into a tree and off the island. And I still don't believe that was an accident…" muttered Sora, not in the best of spirits. Dragging a heavy log across a long stretch of beach can do that to you.
"No, Sora, you silly boy. I don't mean the last fight we had…" Although it had looked pretty nasty – probably left a bruise on the poor boy. "I meant… Well… Did it hurt when you fell from heaven?"
Sora let the log drop, arms limp, looking back up at Riku in surprise… Riku smiled smugly, waiting for the hug and proclamation of 'I love you too!'. But, curiously enough, there was none… Not even a cry of 'I LOVE KAIRI, BETCH!' and a fist in the face.
Instead, there was a:
"OH MY GOD! I had a dream about that! Well, I'm not sure if it was a dream, but there was the sky, right, and then I was falling through the sea, and then I rose up and Kairi was there looking a bit 'get out the water, you tard' and then I was sucked up into the sky and then I fell back down from it and it didn't really hurt, per say, but … Oh my god, it was soooooo weird," Sora concluded, not noticing the freaked out expression on Riku's face. "Kairi said it was 'just a dream', but if you dreamt it too I might have some real proof! Or maybe… Maybe you knew what was going to happen?"
Here Sora lowered his voice until it was little more than whisper.
"Riku… Are you psychic?"
"No, Sora. You're just an idiot."
a.n: xD. I'm not a fan of sorariku. In fact, if Riku did try to flirt with him like this, I can only imagine this would be how Sora would reply, too innocent to know any better xD. So, Sora does not under sexual innuendo and life goes on xD.
