We have been running for days and I know the no way my family can keep this up. Something going to have to give, I slow down seeing sign near the road. Hmmm Forks Washington. I sniffed around and didn't smell any one marking so this might be a safe place to live. We keep moving forward only looking back to check on the female holing the younger pups by their scruff. When I look forward again I see we wandered into a clearing When I stop seeing movement. There right in front of us was a small vampire wait how can this be she has a heartbeat. I slowly approach her not because I wanted to hurt her because of curiosity. The little girl turned to look at me and she smiled she started to walk towards me. When the bushes behind her moved and I saw a group of vampires…something came over me and I felt that I should protect the half vampire. Before any of the vampires could ever move I was in front of the child growling. I move one eye to see my lovely wife and my family making a circle around the girl keeping her safe along with the pups. When the leader of the group came forward and said they were not going to hurt the little girl. She apart of their clan something in his eyes told he was telling the truth so I look at the rest of my family and the agreed and we let are guard down not the whole way just a little. When Charles asked if we could turn into are human forms so we could speak. For some reason I felt as though as I could trust this vampire and I did as I was asked. I closed my eyes and changed but my family on all fours watching carefully. Charles explained his family were vegetarians and I explained that we were looking for a place to move are family too. When Charles asked me if I would like to come to the house was we could speak more privately. We knew no type of vampire could hurt us so we fallowed. I was in aw of the house they lived in. I could only hope to get a house this nice for are family. As we spoke and I told the story of are family Charles seemed very interested and Charles did the unexpected he asked if we would like to join his family. Something told me we would be safe here so I agreed.

If you told me I was going to be living with a group of vampires five years ago I would have laughed at you but here we are living with a clan called the Cullen's. I have to say Alice and I got along like a charm. I have to say it kind of nice to have someone new to talk too.
