Prologue:
Some years have past since the fall of the mighty being Lestat. All was thought to be well with the vanquishing of this being whose power exceeded that of even Dracula. A heavy veil fell over a young man of an unknown birth and origin. The veil showed only hid his true blood and the path that lay ahead.
As the child learned of his mission, to destroy Lestat, he soon began learning of his bloodline. The last direct descendent of Simon Belmont, the first to defeat Dracula. His lineage only put him in strife as he knew of what lay ahead. An unknown child expected to defeat this being of higher power. His quest was known, but his intentions were not.
As the child grew love over took his heart of mystery. He had only one love and it was a young girl of the name Ruby, a woman so beautiful they said her eyes shined of the brightest sun. His love grew and the night of his confession she vanished. What had become of her and why had this happened to this child.
Learning of the true happenings of his loves whereabouts he set off. He did not bare the Hunters Whip that had so graciously and loyally set it's power for the other Belmonts. The whip was in the hands of Juste, another descendent of Belmont on the mission to save his love. He bore no name that could distinguish him from his ancestors and relatives as none where appointed to him. With that he stole his lineage's last name as his own.Belmont.
