If anyone take's pity on me I will be very upset! I'm alive and well. Have a volleyball tournament tomorrow :)! This is three weeks after my scoliosis surgery.
As I walk and sneeze
My back tells me to be more careful
The two metal bars holding my spine
Though I feel the pain
They protect my life
They keep me straight
Letting me know if my path is straight
Without them I would be dead
I will curve without my metal protector
All my organs would squish
In my cursed corps
But my friend who is reading this
This is a corps not my everlasting soul
It does not stop me from my song
Every day I am fed
I am more fortunate then most
In this sinful world
I have my loving family, friends, and God
So you my dear reader must realize
No matter what's in your body
God provides for you and I
Anyone can cry out to him
