A/N: Sorry if there are any errors. I typed this all out on my phone, then copied it as best as I could into story format. Enjoy :)

There's something about him. No, not something, but a bunch of things. The way he smiles makes her want to smile right back at him, only to realize she already is smiling. Whenever they hug on rare occasions, and he wraps his arms all the way around her body, she wants to stay like that forever. It's a feeling she can't describe perfectly. She just feels safe, secure, and welcome.

Of course his hugs are extravagant, something she could live for, but his actual touch sends her heart into over-drive. That day stand out so much in her mind. She had been painting her nails on the couch when he hopped out of nowhere onto the couch, knocking her nail polish over. His hand was warm, and she couldn't move as she felt in on her leg. To him it was just a small gesture, an "I'm sorry", but to her it was incredible how fast her heart could speed up. All she heard was the thudding. And, of course, his voice.

Sometimes she opens up her contacts on her phone and goes to 'C'. It's silly, because the only time they text is when they're arguing or he has a random question. But she types out a message, pouring her heart out. She then goes back, reads it, giggles and blushes, then erases it. As if it never existed.

Yesterday at lunch she could have sworn he'd saw her. Her eyes wandered from the…food…on her plate to his gorgeous face, in all its glory. She quickly looked down, eyeing her friends. They hadn't seemed to notice. Once again she found the face, but in a split second his blue eyes had found her deep chocolate ones, and without giving it a second thought, she quickly spat out a, "Got to go," before hurriedly rushing out of the cafeteria.

Today he showed his soft(er) side again. She'd found out her grandmother had died, and although they weren't close, she was visibly upset. He stayed with her for a good majority of the day, bringing her snacks, sneaking in and out of her dressing room. Although she blushed, stuttered, and got butterflies a lot through out the day, they had a good day, she was happy and sunny all over again. Just because of him.

She wonders if she could go into cardiac arrest if their lips were to ever meet in a sweet kiss. She can only imagine what his lips would feel like. Probably soft, yet slightly chapped. All the kiss would have to be is a mere five seconds, (the Mississippi kind), and with their lips placed perfectly together. Oh how much she longs for that moment.

You know those kisses on TV that make everyone go "Ooh"? This isn't one of those.

If it goes as she plans, where they both feel that amazing spark that she's so greatly heard of, then they will continue past the five Mississippi seconds and her arms would slowly snake around his neck, his arms around her waist. He will pull her body closer to his, and her hands will force their heads to be so close their foreheads press against each other.

And as the heart-breaking moment comes when they pull away, (they have to breathe at some point), their eyes will meet and he'll finally realize just how much they need each other. Just how much their arguments meant nothing. Just how so many people were right when saying they liked each other.

Then with his eyes practically dancing, he will pull her face to his, with a much more passionate kiss. It will make him realize all of those things all over again, but most of all, it will make him realize just how much he loves her. Just how much they love each other.

Just how much he loves that she is his sunshine.
