The Omniverse. A infinite collection of countless multiverses, all separated by inter dimensional barriers called "walls".
But there are some cases where these walls break, forming "crossroads", allowing these universes to "cross".
The tournament formed by Master Hand, the battle between Shinra and Ouma and the subspace invasion, these are just three of these events that has transpired which created these crossroads.
But what would happen if these crossroads "shatter".
Deep within the darkest corners of the Omniverse lies the Abyss of Time, a dark, timeless realm that contains great weapons and monsters such as Tabuu, Abyss and 99 are sealed within.
But the most powerful and dangerous of them all is the darkness before reality itself, the Primordial Chaos, a mindless manifestation of pure destruction and the source of all evil that only exists to return everything to nothing but was only sealed away by a group of seven special people with extraordinary abilities and even then, they could only seal the monstrosity within the realm it originated from.
A long time has passed and the seal is weakening, threatening to bring about the end of all existence.
In one, special world where it was split between three different timelines, a year has passed during the "Era of Calamity" and a princess and her hero are just beginning their journey to revive their broken world.
But destiny has something else in mind for these individuals.
