Olivia POV

She must be going crazy...or was it she was already crazy and just realizing it now?

She was back in the hotel room where they used to meet to be together. She had been so happy back then – so oblivious to his true intentions. Back then breaking the rules to be together had seemed risky, exciting.

Now, watching him there on the bed while the other her goes to the bathroom, she can't believe she had once loved him more than anything.

The ache over his death and betrayal was still there, and yes, she still cared for him, but not like before.

Never again like before.

He's can't see her, shes told. But she can see him and it's amazing how familiar every line and crease on his face is. The desire to go back in time once again flares. How could she have missed what was really going on? Even now, he distracts her from reason. She was here to learn the truth, she was supposed to follow Walter's voice to the source of her visions.

His gaze snaps in her direction and she panics.

He can't communicate with her it's only a dream she tries to remind herself. Yet he does exactly that.
Scared she draws her gun, a reflex she has learned over time.

She fires, her aim perfect.

"Olivia, I'm going to take you elsewhere." Walter's voice filters down at her.

Her frustration rises to the surface, everything is wrong here.
Walter was wrong, John knew she was here.

The room fades into dark, the shapes of the room transforming.

She's suddenly in an alley way and he's in front of her, leading her. Pointing she's shown another John, this one with a gun hidden on an balconey.

His words wash over her, secret mission, top secret.

Trust Hicks.

The panic is rising in her once again, to believe him everything else is a lie.

She's alone.

Where is he?

This can't be right, none of it can be right.

Spinning, again the image around her spins.

No.

NO!

"Get me out of here!"

Suddenly she is blind, spinning in and out of consciousness. The world around her is gone, her body revolts against her shaking. She wants to scream for help, for someone to help her. She thrashes roughly against the tank. There is a noise above her then – light. Blinded momentarily, she feels arms wrap around her and pull her out.

Saving her.

Her arms shake, she can't control it.

Maybe she has gone insane, nothing is controllable.

The ground is cold where it touches her but the heat holding her is paradise.

A sudden pain in her legs and it's all over. The spinning stops and she recognizes who has saved her once again.

"Peter."

Pure relief is her only explanation of why she leans closer into his embrace, her own arms wrapping around him.

"You're okay." He mumbles into her hair, desperate to sound convincing.

He rests his head on her shoulder, his fingers moving across her skin.

"You're going to be fine."

Doubting his words to be true, she does the only thing she can and tightens her grip, tuning out everything but the man holding her.
