A Phantom Family Christmas
"So, what's this about a "Christmas Truce" Danny?" Maddie asked her half ghost son, as he readied himself to go to a Christmas party in the Ghost Zone. "Is it safe?"
"I'll be fine mom," Danny replied with an eye-roll. The ghosts have a truce on Christmas to NOT attack each other, that every ghost follows, and that you lose the protection of if you violate it. They even consider it applicable to halfas like me. Remember that Christmas with the giant nutcracker that attacked that Christmas, and all that other stuff? That was because I accidentally destroyed a Christmas poem he wrote during target practice, so he trapped me in a NEW Christmas poem, with me being the focus, and the only one aware of it."
"So that's what was going that Christmas!" Maddie exclaimed as realization dawned.
"Right," her son said. "So when the other ghosts found out what he did, they helped me kick his butt for breaking the truce! So I'll be fine!"
"OK," Maddie said, her anxiety mostly relieved. "See you later then Danny." She then waved as Danny flew into the rebuilt Fenton Portal 2.0, the door closing behind him.
Line break. Line break. Line break
A couple hours later, Maddie heard the portal reopen. Going down to greet Danny, she saw him float down to the floor... along with what looked like a younger female version of him?!
"Hi mom," her son said, turning towards her with an awkward smile. This is Danielle...

If anyone had been watching the scene in the Fenton's basement, they would have seen Danny talk to his mom for a minute, then they would have seen Maddie call down her husband and daughter, and talk to them in turn. The group then embraced in a great hug around its youngest member, and went upstairs to spend the rest of Christmas eve together, happy...
But, someone was watching them! Far off in the Ghost Zone, in a tower filled with ticking clocks and grinding gears, Clockwork, the ghost of Time, watched as his subtle guidance led the Fentons to a happier holiday.
"Merry Christmas Daniel and Danielle," Clockwork said with a grin. "All is as it should be."
EMERGENCY! ALL the Danny Phantom episodes are being deleted from Youtube! I am counting on you to post new ones. The more good quality DP episodes there are, the faster I will try to update!
If you want me to keep updating my Phantom in the Bund DP/Dance in the Vampire Bund Crossover story, the first story in a multi-crossover series spanning most of my DP crossovers, I need Dance in the Vampire Bund volumes 11-13 available ASAP! I will focus on my other stories less as well until I can get the manga so I can know more about the series (a big part of the reason I have waited so long for some of my other stories).
