Kuroko was reading his favorite novel when the front door opened, showing his dark skin boyfriend panting and covered in sweat. He put his book on the table. He opened his lips to speak but was cut by the other.

"Get on your jacket, Tetsu. Now." Aomine said while rushing to their bedroom before the other had a chance to ask.

The baby blue haired boy knitted his eyebrows but stood up and grabbed his jacket then followed the other to their room.

"What is going on, Daiki?" though Kuroko's voice and expressions were flat as usual, he was panic. He had never seen Aomine like that.

Aomine walked in a fasted step while holding a case, ignoring the other's question. He grabbed his wallet and car key, then one thing that made Kuroko's eyes widened. A gun.

"Where did you get that?!" Kuroko raised his voice in shock.

The tanned boy put the gun on the waist of his pants. He looked up to the clock and cursed.

"No time to explain. Come on." Aomine grabbed Kuroko's hand and pulled him out from their flat, forcing his short legs to follow Aomine's long and hurried steps.

Kuroko remained shut. He knew there was no point to ask anything to the other in this kind of situation. He looked at the case in those dark hand and wondered what it was inside.

Finally they reached the car. Aomine helped his boyfriend to climb in and rushed to the driver's side. He then drove his car beyond average speed, thankfully it was almost midnight.

Kuroko looked outside the window, wondering where they were going. Almost half an hour they stay in silence, until the smaller boy's curiousty made him turned his head to the other. He moved his gaze to the case in the back seat, and backed to his lover to ask.

Aomine realized Kuroko's curiousity, but he tought it would be better if his boyfriend knew nothing. The tanned boy turned his face to the boy beside him.

"Daiki, what-"

"Don't ask, Tetsu.. please.." Aomine pleaded. He felt guilty to hide something to his beloved, yet he didn't want Kuroko to get involved since it was dangerous.

Kuroko closed his slightly opened lips and faced his lap. "Okay.." he said almost in a whisper.

The smaller flinched a little when he felt a large palm of Aomine covered his own. He looked up to see him showing him a sad smile.

"Everything is gonna be alright..." Aomine squeezed Kuroko's hand, rubbing his thumb to comfort the other. "I promise.."

Kuroko nodded and turned his gaze to the road in front of them, bringing them to the place that he had never known.
