Chapter 1: Return

Sakura raced through the trees, the remaining members of the Akatsuki watching her go. They Knew if they decided to attack or disobey her they would die a slow painful death at her hands. Any death by her would be painful.

She was only a day away from konoha and she couldn't wait to be bask. After Sasuke had left, Naruto went with Jiriaya. And she had went to train with Lady Tsunade. The trianing took 4 years to complete. Then she became a jonin at the age of 17. Sakura normally took short missions. But then she took a mission to get inside the Akatsuki. Now she was 21 and ready to help Naruto become Hokage and bring back Sasuke.

She arrived in Konoha at 1 am with a slamming halt. The 2 men at the gate didn't recognize her. And she didn't expect them to. Sakura wore no bindings, no baggy shirt. Her pink hair braided and hidden behind a hat, her tight Akatsuki robe showed off her newly womanly body.

Of course they didn't recognize her!

"Hey! You! Stop!Help, the Akatsuki are attacking!" One of them shouted.

Not but 10 seconds later, Sakura was surrounded by Konoha nin. Some she recognized, some she didn't. Her green eyes landed on Naruto and her mood brightened. He walked up to her.

"Who are you? I didn't hear of another woman joining the Akatsuki." He looked her up and down."I know you're not Konan."

Sakura laughed."No. I'm not Konan. Guess again?"

Naruto smirked. He knew that laugh. But why not humor her?"Alright. You're not Sasori, too patient to be him. Not Deidara, he says dude st the end of most sentences. Zetsu, Pain, Tobi, and Hidan are dead or gone. Are you Kakuzu?"

"Not really" Sakura said tilting her hat up slightly.

"So then, are you Itachi?" He laughed.

She snoted." Hm..lemme check." After blinking a few times she said," No. No sharingan. I guess I'm not Itachi."

"oh." Then he held his arms out." Well, come give me a big hug. I haven't seen you in 3 years."

Sakura let him embrace her and when they pulled away she asked,"So were's Kakashi?"

"Yo." Came the small reply from behind her. In the blink of an eye she was embracing him.

"Yo!" Sakura imatated him.

"Hello." H e laughed."You've gotten a hell of alot faster."

Then a high pitched voice sqealed," Forhead!"

Sakura whirled around and was confronted by a heavily pregnant Ino."Pig! Who's the father?"

"Shika-" The blonde was cut off by Tsunade, who pulled sakura off towards her office.
