The Doctor was traveling in the TARDIS when suddenly Sexy crash landed. He had to check outside to work out where he was. He said goodbye to sexy and walked outside.
"2015" he said
He could hear a buzzing, a motor? He began searching for it. He worked out that he was one Earth. Australia, if the Docor was correct. He kept walking around until he found where the buzzing was coming from. A man was driving around on what looked like a tractor.
"Hello" the doctor waved him over. The man drove in circles until he got off the tractor to greet the doctor.
"Hi" the man said "I'm Henry. Groundskeeper at this here high school"
"I'm the Doctor"
"Well, Doctor, how'd you get in here. On a weekend this place is locked up tighter than a kangaroo in school holidays!"
"Sorry?" The doctor was confused by the odd way the man was talking. Maybe that was how Australians talked? "But my ship landed here and I think there might be a problem with bugs possibly"
Henry turned around to face the source of the buzzing. A swarm of mosquitoes were getting closer to him and the doctor.
"Run" said Henry.
"Funny" the doctor started to run with Henry towards a tall building in the opposite direction of both the TARDIS and the insect swarm. "I'm usually the one saying that"
"A Block" said Henry, closing the door behind them "There's a whole level of rooms we use just as a bunker in case those mosquitoes attacked. The students think it's a staff room, of course, but it holds a whole water tank of Insect repellant. But it would destroy any other life form in the premises, including anyone on your ship sir"
"Not sir" the doctor corrected. He let his head drop "And I don't have anyone on that ship anymore"
Henry pulled a chain from the roof "Well lets kill some bugs then how about friend?"
"Friend?" the Doctor asked " I prefer the term companion, but friend sounds like it fits"
The Doctor and Henry made their way to the tank of fly spray. The Doctor then walked over to the control panel.
"It's the small blue button" said Henry "Big red buttons seem silly to me, it's so easy a wombat could work it"
The Doctor pushed the button, and watched out the window as the, by now giant, swarm of insects were killed. Disappearing before they had hit the ground.
"Well" said the Doctor "Henry, would you like to join me on my ship?"
"But" said Henry "The school needs me, and.." Henry had just entered "It's bigger on the inside"
"I could get used to that again" said the Doctor
"Where would I put my tractor?" asked Henry
"We could put it in the old kitchen" suggested the Doctor "It was only used for souffles anyway"
...And that's how Henry, my school grounds keeper became the doctor's companion...

And I'm sorry for my slow updates on my other stories, had a lot of homework recently, but It's my birthday soon so I'll try and find some time after that okay?
