Authors Note: I was watching the fellowship of the Ring (extended version) one day when I heard Sam start a poem about Gandalf's fireworks and not finish. So I decided to finish it for him 12/30/13. Enjoy J

The Fireworks of Gandalf the Grey

The finest rockets ever seen

They burst in stars of blue and green

And after thunder, silver showers

Came falling like a rain of flowers

Like golden butterflies of color they flew

To chase after the gloom that grew

The ponds like mirrors attempt to catch their beauty

But their efforts are pure mutiny

And compared to the beauty of elf's

The fiery bursts of colors and shine

Can only be compared to that of the sky

And one more thing I will say this

But the bright lights of blue red and green

Don't do justice to the wonder of the bright explosions

But the smiles and joy on folks faces is what truly does

That is at least in my mind

Make the glory of the fireworks of Gandalf the Grey

Authors Note: that is what I came up with. I hope it did his fireworks justice. Well I hope you've enjoyed. Bye J
