Steven walked inside his house, glad that he finally got out of work. He thought that the day would never end.

"Welcome home" Ruby smiled, still bustling around the kitchen. "You're just in time. I finished cooking dinner."

"Sorry Ruby, I'm really not hungry" he apologized sincerely.

"Oh… that's okay. I'll put it in the fridge… just heat it when you're hungry." He covered the plate with wrap and put it in the middle shelf. He made his way over to Steven. "Are you okay?"

Steven slumped onto the chair. "No. I am so achy. All this tension in my neck is killing me" he groaned.

Ruby took pity on his sore, hardworking boyfriend. He rushed into the bathroom, returning with moisturizer. He took Steven's jacket and shirt off without Steven saying a word. "Just tell me if you want me to stop."

"Mm."

He frowned. Steven was never this quiet. He must have been feeling awful. Ruby kissed Steven's forehead. "I hope this helps." He stood behind Steven and started massaging his back, working his way to his neck, and shoulders, continuing the movements.

He could hear Steven whine when he rubbed against the most knotted part of his back. "Jeez Steven, this is really bad. I can see why you don't feel well."

Steven nodded.

"This must have started days ago" Ruby continued, unhappy that his boyfriend wasn't taking good care of himself.

"It did" Steven admitted.

"You have to take better care of yourself" Ruby scolded.

"I will. Anyway, when do you ever get a massage?" Steven asked, rubbing his temples.

Ruby paused, thinking. "Well, if you gave me a massage it would be a Hot Stone Massage."

Steven couldn't help but laugh.
