There was a sudden pain in my arm, it hurt like the dickens. Apparently, a kunai had got me in the arm. I slowly pulled it out of my bleeding arm.

"Neji," My uncle said sharply, "You are a nineteen year-old ANBU, you need to focus!"

He had to bring up the ANBU promotion. All the expectations were raised after I was a 17-year old Joni. And now the expectations were higher.

"You aren't fully into your training today Neji what is on your mind?"

Around that time Hinata brought us our tea and snacks. We sat down as she scurried off and continued our conversation.

"You know how TenTen and I have been going out for two years," I replied.

"Yes what about it."

"I'm going to ask her the big question, I'm going to ask her to marry me."

"Neji my boy," He smiled at me, "I'm proud of you"

"Neji," TenTen called out for me.

"Sorry Uncle Got to go," I said as I raced out to meet my love.

"Hey Neji," TenTen smiled as she twined her hands with mine.

"Hey TenTen" I smiled at her.

"It's a pretty day," She tried to make conversation.

"Yeah it is in fact it's almost a perfect day." I thought.

I got on one knee and TenTen's eyes went big. I pulled out the ring and opened my mouth.

"TenTen will you marry me?"

"YES, YES, YES, ONE THOUSAND TIMES YES," TenTen hugged me excitedly.

I hugged her back we had a quick kiss and then we went to Ichiraku's to meet up with the rest of the Kohana 11. We walked hand-in-hand together smiled like idiots but we didn't care we were as happy as Naruto with an eternity supply of ramen.

We walked into the ramen bar and sat next to each other. The only ones not there were Lee and Ino. Ino was working at the flower shop and Lee was training with Guy.

Sakura slyly smiled as she noticed the ring on TenTen's finger. "So anything new?"

TenTen's face lit up as she showed off the ring "Neji asked me to marry him."

"Congratulations," Hinata smiled, you could see the thoughts on her face. They were NARUTO ASK ME THAT QUESTION ALL READY!1

I chuckled.

"Did I hear one of you is getting married a bowl of ramen on the house for all of you" Teuchi called out.

Naruto excitedly got the ramen and started eating. The rest of us slowly ate our Ramen.

The Kohana 11 departed and went there ways. TenTen and I walked home holding hands her shoulder on mine.

"Life is perfect." I sighed happily.
