Sleeping Beauty (NaLu Edition)
After having a nice, relaxing dinner without any disturbances of any kind, one Lucy Heartfilia groaned when she entered her bedroom and saw her partner/teammate/best friend/totally not love interest (whatever the heck Mira might say) fast asleep on her bed.
And now, when she thought about it, it really wasn't all that unusual.
Inching closer to the bed, Lucy bent down in an effort to get a closer up view of his totally-not-handsome-face (why did those stupid thoughts keep coming into her head?!) and resisted the urge to squeal.
Natsu looked so freaking adorable and peaceful in his sleep. And it was a much appreciated change from his normal crazy behavior and overall annoying-ness.
His hair was strewn all over his face and his lips were parted slightly…..
Lucy suddenly paused and swallowed. She looked around quickly as if to double-check whether no one else (like Gray or Happy) were hiding in her room and spying on her before quickly lowering her head and brushing her lips against Natsu's.
She pulled back almost immediately, blushing furiously.
Natsu opened his eyes and blinked in surprise when he saw Lucy's face really close to his own. And why was she blushing so much, anyway?
"Luce?" He ventured. "What are you doing?"
"NOTHING!" Lucy shrieked and ran away.
Natsu watched her go in utter and complete confusion.
"…what just happened?"
Happy suddenly popped up from behind him, making him jump. "She kissed you in your sleep," The feline snickered. "Lushy loooooooooves you~!"
Natsu felt his face heat up in embarrassment. Lucy had kissed him? And Happy, of all people knew about it?
He shuddered when he thought of how Mira would react to the news.
Well, that would explain why he was covered with her scent. And her scent smelt reaaaaally nice….
"…you know what? I think I'll just go and find Lucy. To, err, talk to her about something."
He sped away.
Happy cackled evilly.
(Somewhere else, Lucy shuddered. That didn't last for long though, since Natsu caught up with her…)
