Haikus

Some call it an art

To speak in rhyming riddles

Or is it snobbish?

I enjoy haikus

They speak pleasantly of all

And can be soothing

To see simple things

Painted in a new bright light

Surely is a gift

But to speak to all

Such a an art is difficult

That I have no doubt

But to always court

And spin words of silver tongue

Can be undoing

Not all know the talk

They grow disagreeable

And poke fun at you

Without intent of

You could insult the others

You sound like a snob

I will enjoy art

Where art must be enjoyed

And dos o proudly

But I must insist

Not to force my art at all

On another's will
