A/N – This is a bland headcannon one-shot based on Sherlock finding a particular programme on TV which may sound very familiar to British readers. As a disclaimer I will add that the stuff about the reality star is purely fictitious and for entertainment purposes only

Author's Update: For those wondering, the show is Gogglebox - and thanks for the review!

"Please, shut up Sherlock."

"But John! Imagine the possibilities!"

John shook his head and sighed, rubbing his eyes as he sat in his chair at Baker Street, "We've been talking about this for hooouuurrrss."

"But look!" Sherlock squealed, holding up his iPad, "think of the..."

"I know!" John interrupted, "Think of the sociological implications, the ways in which we can learn from observing people imbibe in the stew of modern media, the natural environment... you've said it all Sherlock! It's a TV show. A reality TV show. A reality TV show which films people watching TV and then edits it together! Can I go home now!"

"Well," Sherlock sulked, "If that's the way you're going to be about it, then I won't tell you which one of them used to be a stripper."

John's eyes widened, "They never did! Who?"

"It's awfully late John," Sherlock answered brisquely, getting to his feet, "and you must be tired. I expect you'll be wanting to get home – to Mary."

John sighed, "Fine, I'm sorry – your observations are, as always, brilliant...will you tell me now?"

Sherlock grinned, "Guess," he said petulantly, "And I'll tell you if you're right."

John got up and poured himself another drink.
