This is after Total Drama All Stars has ended.
''Finally, this season is over'', Gwen thought to herself. She was on her way back home, sitting on the last bench of the bus, when she noticed a familiar face. ''Duncan!'', she gasped. He heard her and sat next to her.
Gwen was embarrassed. Ever since she broke up with Duncan, things between them were kind of weird. ''So… how did you get out of jail?'', she decided to break the ice.
He smiled and said: ''I have really good lawyers. That's the only good thing that came out of my relationship with Courtney. With an ex-girlfriend who constantly tries to sue you, believe me, it's necessary''.
Gwen chuckled. Then she decided to dive in and say it. ''Duncan, you and I never really had a talk about what happened on the island''. Duncan looked at her and said: ''yeah, why did you break up with me?''
Gwen was confused. ''Are you kidding? You were totally obsessed with Courtney!'' Duncan blushed. ''Was it that obvious?'', he asked. She looked at him with a frown on her face.
''Look, I'm sorry; it's hard to forget your first love. I bet it happened with you and Trent all the time!'', Duncan said. Gwen got quite. She didn't know what to say. Duncan understood immediately.
''You thought about Trent when we were together?'', he was shocked. Gwen blushed. Surprisingly, Duncan didn't throw a fuss about it. ''I think it's time we admit it. We were better off as friends''.
Gwen smiled. ''You really mean it?'', she was glad. ''Sure'', he said and smiled. ''I would love it'', Gwen said, ''Now move it, punk, you're taking up all the space with your fat butt!'' they both laughed.
Gwen got off the bus. She was happy Duncan and her are back to being friends. But she still couldn't stop thinking about Trent. Maybe she should call him? They became friends again after Total Drama World Tour. But it's too awkward. ''What am I supposed to say? I made a huge mistake and I want you back?''
She gave up and walked home. Then, she saw something amazing. Trent. Knocking on her door. She didn't believe her own eyes. Maybe it's fate? No way, he's probably here to give me back some movie I loaned him.
''Hey'', she said. Trent turned around and blushed. ''I didn't know when you will be back, so…'', he scratched his head. ''Well, I'm back now'', she said. He looked like he has something important to say.
She opened the door, but before she entered home, he stopped her. ''Wait, I need to tell you something'', he said. ''What?'', she asked. ''You can do it Trent'', he took a deep breath. ''I made a huge mistake and I want you back!'', he said.
Gwen was shocked. ''Could it be?'', she wondered. ''You? I'm the one who made a mistake. I broke up with you'', Gwen said. ''Yes, but I was so jealous of Duncan that I started throwing the challenges'', he said. ''Yes, but I should've told you that I don't want you to throw the challenges'', she said. ''Yes, but I blamed you for something you didn't do'', he said.
They both started laughing. ''Let's just call it a tie'', Gwen said. ''Ok'', Trent agreed. They smiled at each other. ''Well, do you want to go to a movie sometime? When you'll be free'', Trent asked. ''I'm free now'', Gwen said.
Gwen put all of her suitcases in her room, yelled: ''Mom! I'm going to a movie!'', and got out of the house. They both started walking to the movie theater, holding hands. Gwen had a big grin on her face, as if everything in world was right again.
